"AMC Entertainment (AMC) and the Autism Society have teamed up to bring families affected by autism and other disabilities a special opportunity to enjoy their favorite films in a safe and accepting environment on a monthly basis with the "Sensory Friendly Films" program."
The 2 local Oklahoma participating theaters are:
"On the night of April 1, the Empire State Building will be lit up blue to raise awareness for autism and to commemorate World Autism Awareness Day on Friday, April 2." <-- very cool.

The City Rescue Mission has a Christmas Wish list at Target this year. The list consist of toys, games, bedding, clothing, and other misc. items that would make good christmas presents for those less fortunate this year. They are hoping to set up an area where parents can come and "shop" for gifts to give their children.
